Invite Licensees
RoyaltyZone doubles as a licensee database, searchable by several criteria. Click on any existing Licensee to share an Agreement, or invite a new Licensee by email. Only Licensees that you have invited can interact with you via RoyaltyZone.
Licensed Products
Licensees can import all of their product data, then associate an item with an Agreement, Property, and Category. RoyaltyZone is able to automatically apply the correct Royalty Rates, Advances, and Guarantees once this step is complete.
Import Sales Data
RoyaltyZone guides Licensees to enter only the data required by the License Agreement. Sales data can be exported directly from an accounting package and uploaded to RoyaltyZone, or entered manually. Net Sales and Royalties Owed are accurately and automatically calculated for the Licensee, eliminating costly errors.
Submit Royalty Reports
Licensees can save a bundle on postage and express shipping fees by submitting Royalty Reports online with RoyaltyZone. Submission and payment status is always available to the Licensee.
Agreement Performance
RoyaltyZone keeps a running total of all revenue associated with a License Agreement. Track total sales, total royalties, total fees, total paid, and all agreement balances with a mouse click. Licensees are and Licensors are in sync like never before!
