The company is growing quickly, and there is exciting development work still to be done. RoyaltyZone is written in Ruby on Rails with MySQL in a Linux (cloud) environment. The application also utilizes Redis, Resque, SQS, S3, Memcache, MongoDB, and several other technologies. Responsibilities
You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, using an Agile Kanban approach. You’ll be able to provide input on feature requirements, then manage projects to completion, testing, and release to production. You will also have the opportunity to help us optimize and improve the product and infrastructure. Your experience with enterprise software will help us scale and grow as we add new clients and features. You should enjoy collaborating with other developers, talking through ideas, and working as a part of a team to build extensible and scalable software. Qualifications

• 2+ years production Rails work
• Strong Ruby knowledge
• Experience working with large databases
• Experience with Ruby / Rails performance optimization and complex refactoring
• 1+ years development with Javascript (jQuery preferred)
