The Dashboard displays all due or past due invoices.
NOTE: Paid invoices will appear on the Dashboard for 30 days. You can view the full history of all agreement invoices by clicking on the agreement name, then "Invoices"
Click the "View" icon (eyeball) to open an invoice or click the "Receive Payment" icon (money) to go to the receive payment page.
You can print, cancel, or receive payment for an unpaid invoice
NOTE: Only Advance or Guarantee invoices can be canceled.
Click "Receive Payment" to access the payment entry page for the invoice
NOTE: The system will notify you if the invoice is past due, remind you of the agreement late fee policy, and prompt you to create a new invoice to assess the late fee, if desired.
Click "Receive" to enter a payment for the invoice
You can enter a full or partial invoice payment. Use the "Type" field to enter any withholding tax or fees deducted from the amount paid. Use the "Method" field to indicate the payment method.
The invoice status is updated to "Paid"
Click "Payment History" to view all invoice payment details
The Licensee will receive an email notification when an invoice is marked "Paid"
NOTE: No email notifications are sent for Agreements published "Internal"
