You can create filtered Address Book or Agreement Terms export files. Use this feature to create targeted mailing lists, create mail merge files for Deal Memo or Long Form Agreement templates, or export a specific subset of your data for any reason.
On the Reports page, click "Filter" next to the desired report
You can filter reports by up to four criteria. Use the drop down menu to select the first filter criteria (Deal Stage, Agreement Name, or Licensee)
NOTE: leave the search box blank to include include all results
Optional: add a Rights filter
Includes only results for agreements that use the selected Property, Category, Territory, or Distribution Method
Optional: add an Account Manager filter
Includes only results for the selected Account Manager
Optional: add a Status filter
Includes only results for Agreements with the selected status.
NOTE:
Active includes Published, Internal, and Expired agreements.
Expiring includes agreements that will expire within 90 days.
