1. RoyaltyZone will let you know if there are any Advance or Guarantee invoices that need to be created when publish an Agreement
NOTE: the Dashboard displays a list of all "Guarantees to Invoice", across all agreements. You will also receive an email reminder 30 days before a guarantee invoice needs to be created.
2. Click on the $ icon to create the invoice
3. The "Create Invoice" page explains what is being invoiced (in this case, the initial amount due upon signature), and lets you edit the default invoice number, due date, amount, and/or payment instructions. Click "Create Invoice" to proceed.
4. The "Guarantee Progress" table displays all invoice and royalty payments that count towards satisfying the guarantee. Click on the Invoice number to view, print, or receive payment for the invoice.
5. The "Recoupable Balance" table is update when payment is received for an Advance or Guarantee invoiced as recoupable
