You can temporarily or permanently remove a Licensee’s access to an active agreement by changing the agreement status to "Internal" . This action will also suppress all email notices to the licensee.

1. Click on the agreement name link from any page in RoyaltyZone to access the license agreement

2. Mouse over the green status box
