What is included in the 30 Day free trial?
Your RoyaltyZone trial account will have all features enabled for 30 days. You can create as many license agreements as you want, but you can only manage compliance for a single agreement. See above for complete list.
What happens when the trial period ends?
Trial accounts can be upgraded to a paid subscription at any time during or after the free trial period. If you choose not to subscribe, your account will be suspended at the end of the 30 day period. You will not be able to access the account, but all account data will be preserved. If you wish, you can export your account data to Excel prior to the end of the trial period.
How much does RoyaltyZone cost?
RoyaltyZone is sold as a monthly subscription service, with pricing based on the volume of active license agreements you manage. The base level subscription is only $625 per month for up to 50 active license agreements. Chat, email, or call us to discuss pricing at higher agreement levels.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. RoyaltyZone is a pay-as-you-go service, with no long term contracts or commitments. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
What types of payment do you accept?
Monthly subscription fees are automatically collected on the first of each month via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or ACH bank transfer. You can also pay by check or wire transfer, but will need to prepay for at least six months of service.
