RoyaltyZone has release a new feature to help both Licensors and Licensees keep track of royalty deduction caps and more. You can set an Alert for any financial threshold in RoyaltyZone. Alerts are notifications that are sent to designated individuals (both Licensor and Licensee) based on events triggered during royalty reporting. You can use Alerts to manage caps on returns and/or deductiions, or to manage agreement terms that need to be amended when a certain milestone is reached.
