"Necessity, who is the mother of invention." RoyaltyZone was inspired by a problem: a company new to licensing was growing their business and becoming increasingly frustrated by the difficulties of reporting and paying royalties. Each Licensor had different reporting rules, royalty rates, Net Sales calculation methods, and report formats. Accounting software couldn't handle Royalties. The spreadsheet was getting out of control. Why not use the internet to streamline the process and make life easier for both Licensors and Licensees? From this, RoyaltyZone was born. The goal? An affordable, easy to use software service that makes compliance with License Agreement terms easier than ever before.
